JAVA Software Developer

Responsibilities :

• Designs, develops and modifies modules based on functional and system requirements
• Works closely with management team on developing and refining functional and system requirements
• Participates in the testing process through creating and developing test plans, test cases, execution of tests, bug fixes, etc. Must have a good understanding of software testing protocols and use of automated testing tools.

Mandatory Requirements :

• Extremely strong Java development skills
• Proficient with object-oriented methodology and design patterns
• Three years coding experience in J2EE software development (EJB, JDBC, Hibernate)
• Three years coding experience in web-based software development (JSP, XML, XML Parsing, Servlet, Struts)
• Two years professional programming experience in a Windows Server 200x client server environment

BPMS deployed in various market place verticals i.e., Automotive/ Mil-Aerospace/ Food/ Medical/ General Manufacturing/ Public Sector (AS9100 /ISO 13485/ ISO 9001 /ISO 45001 /ISO 27001 /ISO 28000 /ISO 50001)

Project Engineer : This position is a key member of a cross functional team that drives the implementation of Business Quality Management System compliance within a client's organization and champions the move from reactive to proactive initiatives in a fast paced project environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Quality / Project Manager. He or she must also have demonstrated the practical application of the following areas:

• 5-10 years related experience (Quality/Project Manager)
• Related experience with Quality Management System(s) (i.e., AS9100 /ISO 13485/ ISO 9001 /ISO 45001 /ISO 27001 /ISO 28000 /ISO 50001)
• Certified Quality Engineer/Manager, CQE/M Distinction
• Six Sigma Senior Black Belt (Certified)
• Project Management Professional, PMP Distinction from PMI
• Kaizen/Lean Manufacturing experience
• Generate applicable Quality Analysis templates, procedures, instructions.
